Physical and mental health are closely connected. One can influence another. We go through lots of changes in our mental health can lead to changes in our body reactions, such as difficulty breathing, muscle tension or upset stomach, IBS, eating habits, unbalanced habits. Making small changes in our daily lives so that we’re living in a healthier way can have positive effects not just on our physical health but on our mental health as well.
